The product must be returned in original condition. E-century2u monitors every return activity and reserves the right to accept or reject good returns from buyer.

E-century2u purchases can be easily returned to our office locations (no shipping fees and handling fees) or you can sent by mail (all shipping fees and handling fees bare by the buyer).
Please allow 3 days (from the day we received your return) for your return to be processed if you sent by mail. You will received an email notification once your return has been processed.
Items purchased in E-century2u.com may not eligible for returned or refunded, 7 days after the purchase date. Items shipped to E-century2u not in original condition, without original receipt, or not purchased at E-century2u, may not be returned back to you.
